Murphy of Spirit Lake, ID and Kelley Lewis (Craig) of Rathdrum, ID; his grandsons, Ezekiel Lewis of Melbourne Beach, FL and Eli Lewis of Rathdrum, ID; his siblings, Laura J. Beckwith (Edward), Timothy M. Murphy (Connie), Karen A. McMahon (Veselin), James P. Murphy (Judy) and Paul E. Murphy (Laura DeSantis); and his daughter Jane Murphy.
