He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony DeSantis and Kathryn DeSantis; his brother John DeSantis; his brother-in-law John Taber; and his granddaughter Karen Mary Aubertine.
He is survived by: his sister Joan Taber (John); his sister-in-law Betty DeSantis (Jack); the mother of his children Mary Anderson of Oswego; his children, Linda Segal (Stan) of Oswego, Michael DeSantis (Kristen) of Oswego, Marianne Mullen (Barry) of Fulton, David DeSantis of Oswego, John DeSantis (Marguerite) of Volney and Karen Brown (Chuck) of New Symrna Beach, FL.; and his grandchildren, Kristen Slimmer (Kevin), Erin Tucker (Scott), Ryan DeSantis (Christy), Jessica Mullen, Chris Mullen (Amanda), Matthew DeSantis (Liz), Tim DeSantis, Shannon Giles (Matt), Brandon DeSantis, Lauren O'Keefe (Justin) and Tyler Brown (Chelsea). He is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren, along with his beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
