He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Carroll); his children, Randy Miller of Oswego, NY, Joseph Conzone (JoAnn) of Oswego, NY, Charles Miller of Texas and Mary-Missy Masters (Chuck) of Oregon; and his grandchildren, Shannon Calvarese (Christopher), Danielle Utter, Keri McMillan (Jay), Raymond Utter (Malissa), Benjamin Miller (Melissa), Joseph Conzone Jr., Erin Miller and Shawna Thomas (Eric).
