It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Philip S Hosley of Oswego, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on October 1, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Hosley and Carrie Blanche Carroll Hosley. He is survived by: his daughters, Caroline Anderson (Don) of Oswego and Claire Hosley of Oswego; and his siblings, Walt Hosley (Chris) of Elmira, Altah Birkholtz (Mike) of Elmira and Lois Nugent (Paul) of Elmira. He is also survived by three grandchildren, one great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
