She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald H. Howard and Sarah D. Howard (Evans); her children, Michael Farnsworth and Dawn Norris; her brothers, William and James Howard; and her husband Charles E. Farnsworth.

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl McCarthy (Dennis), Kathleen Farnsworth, Lisa Brown (Michael), Dennis Farnsworth (Cindy) and Randy Farnsworth (Joyce); her children-in-law, Terri Cole Farnsworth and Ronald Norris; and her brother David Howard. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
