He was predeceased by: his father John Woods. He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Woods of Oswego; his daughter Ashley Davis-Campbell (Zach); and his siblings, John Woods (Cynthia) of Fulton, Dan Woods of Oswego, Laurie Velzy (Kevin) of Oswego and Charles Woods (Cheryl) of Texas. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
