He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Waterhouse and Shirley (Shear); and his siblings, Richard L. Waterhouse II and Sherry Ann Fetkiw. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Donnelly of Nebraska and Dominick Waterhouse of Fulton; and his brothers, Ronald Waterhouse of Tennessee and Leslie Kerfien III (Tonya) of Florida. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
