Nina Hastings Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nina Hastings of Oswego, New York, born in White Plains, New York, who passed away on November 4, 2024 at the age of 103. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nina Hastings to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid Nina farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Nina is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her husband James R. Hastings; and her children, James R. Hastings Jr. (Susan Cochran) and Caryl H. Hoffman (Paul D. Hoffman).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home (112 E 2nd St, Oswego, NY 13126). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Parish and Shrine (103 W 7th St, Oswego, NY 13126).
