He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe D'Innocenzo and Chiara D'Innocenzo (Rago); and his sister Mary Ann Meagher. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth D'Innocenzo (Cittadino); his children, Lisa D'Innocenzo of Evanston, IL, Pamela D'Innocenzo (Max Mustico) of Fort Worth, TX, Aaron D'Innocenzo (Loren) of Los Angeles, CA and Christopher D'Innocenzo (Jenny Dhayer) of Oswego, NY; and his granddaughters, Rosa Iglarsh and Chloe D'Innocenzo.
