She was predeceased by: her father Dominic Spataro; her husband Ferdinand Tremiti; and her brothers, Charles (Dorothy Spartaro) and Sebastian "Benny" (Angela Spataro). She is survived by: her children, Joseph Tremiti (Lilly), Dr. George Tremiti (Barbara) of Syracuse, NY and Paula Montanarello (Paul) of Rochester, NY; and her grandchildren, Paul Tremiti, Ellen Waltke (Aaron), Holly Palmeri (Anthony), Michael Tremiti (Mia), Alexander Montanarello (Victoria Carter) and Michael Montanarello. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made in honor of Mary Tremiti to Homesteads for Hope, Inc., 2185 Manitou Road, Rochester, NY 14606.
