She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cotter and Helen Cotter (Clark); and her son Jeffrey W. Baker. She is survived by: her family, Caroline Baker (Matthew Kovacs) and Madyn Gibbons of Fayetteville; her siblings, Kathryn Werkstell (Donald) of Florida and Thomas Cotter (Mickey) of Oswego; her nephew Steven Baker; her niece Jessica Baker of Syracuse; her daughter-in-law Darlene Baker; and her friend Mary Lou Heintz of Oswego. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Mary's of the Assumption Parish and Shrine.
