He is survived by: his close friend Judith Dunsmore of Oswego; his children, Jennifer Dawson of Georgia and Mark "Bud" Dawson of Georgia; and his siblings, Robert Dawson, Larry Dawson (Lori) and Kathy Hourigan (James) of Oswego. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
