It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marilyn E. Dirk of Oswego, New York, born in Lexington, Virginia, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Edward Rowsey and Helen Leona Dawson Plogger; her husband David Lee Dirk; and her sister Donna Rowsey Floyd. She is survived by: her daughters, Samantha Golden, Rebecca Dirk, Claudette Sharrow (Michael) and Melinda Standish (Gregory); her brothers, Gary Rowsey (Lisa) and Ricky Rowsey (Leeta); and her grandchildren, Jared Golden, Brittani Boyer, Chase Golden (Jamie), Alexander Munger, Tristen Munger, Carson Golden and Hunter Kaplan. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Brain Injury Association of New York State (BIANYS), the American Heart Association or the National Kidney Foundation in Marilyn's name.
