She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Holmes; her children, Donna Shumskis of Oswego, NY, Rev. William Holmes, Jr. of Darby, PA and Nancy Schefcick of Hannibal, NY.; and her siblings, Rev. George Schoonmaker, Rev. Wayne Schoonmaker and Mary Ellen Schultz.

Donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
