She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Woolworth Sr.; her parents, Levi Pullen and Iva Pullen (Bisbo); her children, Melody Crouch and Timothy Woolworth; and her grandsons, Scott Wayman and James Fragale.
She is survived by: her children, Bernard Jr. Woolworth (Angela), Michael, Gary Woolworth (Tammy) of Oswego, NY, Brenda Culver of Fulton, NY, Deanna, Thomas Sr., Masuicca of Pulaski, NY, Bonnie Mattot of Oswego, NY, Sheryl Hunt (Jake) of Norfolk, VA, Lynda and Dale Alford of Oswego, NY.. She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
