She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Leavens and Gladys Leavens (Baker); her sisters, Mildred Woodward and Gladys Schrader; and her granddaughter Kayla Rose Germain.
She is survived by: her husband Howard Straight; her children, Jeff Straight (Alicia) of North Carolina and Shannon Germain (Lee) of Oswego; her grandsons, Richard Germain (Dickie), Damien Germain and Milo Straight; and her siblings, Lewis Leavens (Fran), Joseph Leavens (Sharon), Donald Leavens, David Leavens, Edward Leavens (Vicky), Betty Seldon (Elton) and Barbara LaVaglio (Anthony). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a non-profit organization of their choice or the Seneca Hill Manor, 20 Manor Drive, Oswego, N.Y. 13126.
