She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. VonHoltz, and Bertha Penfield VonHoltz, Sr.; her husband Edward W. Cook, Sr.; her daughters, Donna Maxwell and Cynthia Cook; and her siblings, Paul VonHoltz, Sharan VonHoltz and Dale VonHoltz.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa McArdell of Baldwinsville, Denise Doyle (Brian) of Oswego and Edward Cook, Jr. (Svea) of Newburgh; her siblings, George W. VonHoltz, Jr. (Diane) of Oswego, Bruce VonHoltz (Allison) of Oneonta, Karan Rhoades (Robert) of Greenfield Center and Beverly Wyckoff (James) of Interlaken; her grandchildren, Joshua, Katelyn Wheeler, Ryan, Chad McArdell, Emily, Edward Cook and Shannon Doyle; and her son-in-law William Maxwell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
