He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Bowen and Doris Bowen; his children, Leroy Bowen, Jr. (Lois) of Pulaski, Penny Grennell (Mike) of Fair Haven, Rhonda Davenport (Patrick) of Red Creek, Scott Bowen (Ellen) of Hannibal, Kevin Bowen (Laurie) of Fulton and Susan Metcalf (Richard) of Fulton; and his sisters, Janet Bramer (Don) of Hannibal and Linda Phelps of Cato. He was also cherished by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
