He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Hayes, Stephanie Hayes (Alexis Crain) of Chicago, IL and Melissa Hayes Oswego; his grandsons, Treyse Miller and Greer Moore; and his sister Natalie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
