It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen M. Harris of Oswego, New York, born in Hartford, New York, who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace E. Bingham and Julia A. Connor Bingham; her spouse Thomas G. Harris of Fulton, NY.; and her daughter Donna Jenkins. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Freeman of Berkley and Robert J. Harris of Southport. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
