He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph D LeBlanc and Marjorie LeBlanc (Thornton) of Fulton; his sister Reyne Knight; and his nephew Alan Daniels of Fulton. He is survived by: his sister Karen Caruso (Romey) of Oswego; his nieces and nephews, Aryelle Arnold (Austin) of Springfield and Cam Caruso of Oswego; his brother-in-law Dan Knight of Fulton; his nieces, Sarah Smith (Al) and Susan Daniels of Fulton; and his nephew Carl O'Bey (Madge) of Ashville, NC.
Donations in his name can be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Central New York Chapter, 200 Gateway Park Dr, Bldg C, Syracuse, NY 13212 in memory of his dear friend Jeffrey Ellis.
