He is survived by: his significant other Sonya Boyko; his mother Ann Burnham of Oswego; his daughter Tara Burnham of Houston; his siblings, Debbie Perkins (Mike) of Weedsport and Glen Burnham of Sterling; his nieces and nephews, Brandon Burnham, Howard Perkins (Amy), Heather Guevara (Jose) and Jesika Perkins; his great-niece Gabrielle Perkins; his great-nephews, Nathan Murray and Jeremy Taylor; and his grandchildren, Jaida, Mia Fizzard and Amarra Ketter.
