He was predeceased by: his parents, John Conley and Mildred Clark Conley; and his sister Phyllis Maniccia of Oswego. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley A. Kiernan Conley; and his sister Joan Lavey (Paul) of Oswego. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
