It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan L. Taber of Oswego, New York, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John J. "Jack" Taber; her parents, Anthony DeSantis and Kathryn Wilcox DeSantis; and her siblings, Norma, Richard and John.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Ascenzi (Dante) of Fort Mill, SC and Mary Ann Dice (Kevin) of Oswego; her grandchildren, Christine Ascenzi Mackie (Howard) of Charlotte, NC, Michael Ascenzi (Jocelyn) of Westborough, MA and Brian Dice of Oswego; and her great grandchildren, Emma Mackie, Annalise Ascenzi and Samuele Ascenzi.
