She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Leland and Anna Leland (O'Leary); and her husband Francis E. “F. E.” Cullen Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Francis E. Cullen Jr. (Deborah J.) of Syracuse, Timothy J. Cullen (Jennifer), Daniel M. Cullen (Lorinda Fullington), Kathleen A. Cullen of Oswego and Elizabeth M. Cullen (Patrick O'Brien) of Hillsboro, KY; her grandchildren, Matthew J. Cullen of Syracuse, Gregory S. Cullen, Courtney L. Cullen (Piccirilli) of Webster, Jack Cullen of Brooklyn, Alexis Williams of Hillsboro, KY, Monek Cullen of San Diego, CA and Nicholas Cullen of Oswego; her great grandchildren, Brooklynn Shea Cullen and Blakely Quinn Cullen of Webster; and also, Susan Greeney, Kristen Munger and Stuart Williams.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, plans for a mass and prayer to commemorate Joan's passing will be shared in the spring.
