She is survived by: her husband Patrick Mello; her children, Destiny O'Neill, Alysah Perez, Molly Gilbo and Lucius Mello; and her siblings, Annette Trejo, Missy Lewis, Mike McHenry, Jay McHenry and Brian Bivens. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
