He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Eichen; his children, Patrick James Dowdle (Carolyn) of Massena, NY, Wendy Chambers (Leary) of Chase Mills, NY, Michael Dowdle (Amelia) of Farmington, NY, Matthew Dowdle (Tammy) of Homer, NY and Katy Drake (Bruce) of Owasco, NY.; his grandchildren, Matthew James Dowdle (Stacey), Sarah Grace Hoag (Matthew), Blake Dowdle (Natalie), Troy Dowdle (Maddy McClure), MacKenzie Dowdle (Zach Gillard), Christopher James Chambers (Allysa), Conner James Dowdle (Nicole Guastella), Jackson David Dowdle (Talia Cruz), Emily Shafer (Forrest) and Madison Drake; and his great grandchildren, Cora, Gabriel Hoag, Declan Dowdle, Kenny and Jaxon Chambers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
