He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Syrell and Gladys Syrell (Laird); his wife MaryAnn Syrell (Malambri); and his brothers, Robert, William and Gerald.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Syrell, Cindy Treen (Mitch) and Jamie Burris (Neil); and his brother Richard Syrell (Mary). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dain Cullinan Funeral Home (112 E 2nd St, Oswego, NY 13126). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
