It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard P. Anthony formerly of Oswego, New York, who passed away on July 31, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Anthony and Tillie Anthony (Bouer); and his stepfather Fred Mulcahey. He is survived by: his wife Clara Anthony (Connolly); his children, Mike Anthony (Karryn), Tootles "Sandy" Regan (Chuck) of Oswego, Peachie Kosbob (Eric) of Oswego and Karen Anthony of Oswego; his brothers, William Anthony (Pat) of Stewart and Timothy Mulcahey (Margaret) of Oswego; his grandchildren, Crystal, Michael Jr., Nicole Anthony, Katie Broadwell, Kara Smegelsky (Matt), Morgan Kosbob, Lindsay Usherwood (Zachary), Lauren Usherwood (Dan) and Leslie Usherwood; and his great grandchildren, Cam and Conner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent, in Howard's name, to the Alzheimer's Association, Central New York Chapter, 441 W. Kirkpatrick Street.
