He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Kingsley Rowe of Oswego; his siblings, Harold Rowe, Clinton Rowe, Joyce, Joan, Judy, Mimi and Kathy; his mother-in-law Jane Kingsley; and his siblings-in-law, Doug Kingsley, Brian Kingsley, Kenneth Kingsley, Bruce Kingsley and Karen Matott.
