It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Elizabeth Carroll of Oswego, New York, who passed away on September 3, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandchild Raphah Michael Carroll. She is survived by: her husband David J. Carroll Sr.; her son David J. Carroll Jr.; and her grandchildren, Ken Isaiah Carroll and Baleigh Anna Carroll. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.

Donations can be made to Human Concerns Center, 85 E. 4th Street Oswego.
