We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2023, at the age of 63, George P. Southgate of Oswego, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Southgate and Ruth Bartholomew Southgate; and his siblings, James Southgate and Karen Southgate. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Goppert Southgate; his children, Jessica Southgate of Oswego and George P. Southgate Jr. of Oswego; his stepson James DeSantis of Florida; and his siblings, Timothy Southgate of Lacona, Louise Gilbert of Scriba, Judy Mulcahey of Oswego, Margaret Morehouse of Moravia and Ruth Knight of Hannibal. He is also survived by five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
