He is survived by: his wife Carol Birdseye Soule of Oswego; his son Tim Jones (Sandy) of Syracuse; his stepdaughter Fanny Jillson; his grandchildren, Matthew, Jaylend, Justin, Anthony, Brett, Na'sef and Aidan; and his siblings, David Jones of Moravia, Henry Jones of Auburn, Virgil Roberts of Auburn and Elizabeth Williams.
