He was predeceased by: his parents, John Waters and Alice Waters (Cook); and his siblings, Darol Bowerson, Mary Ellen Matott, Robert Waters, Sheila Demm, Paula LaBouef, Lawrence Waters, Ronald Waters, David Waters and Britt Waters.
He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Waters (Mumford); his siblings, Frederick Waters of Oswego, Alan Waters of Oswego and Natalie Waters of Oswego; his sisters-in-law, Monica Waters of Florida and Debbie Waters of Oswego; and his pets, Sammy, DeVe and Bella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
