He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon Schipper and Dorthy Schipper; his daughter TerryAnn Loveall; his brothers, Gordon and Gene; his wife Ann Glenister Schipper; his children, Todd (Pattie) of Georgia and Linda Hickman (Shawn) of North Carolina; his son-in-law Cecil Loveall of Granby, NY; his grandchildren, Talia West (Benjamin) of Hannibal, NY, Cassandra Blair (Richard) of North Carolina, Troy DeCare of Fulton, Bradley Schipper of Georgia, Eric Schipper (Olivia) of North Carolina and Kevin Schipper of Georgia; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Josiah Blair of North Carolina, Colton, Walter Schipper of North Carolina and Aurora Schipper of North Carolina; his sister Gay Beaupré (Wayne) of Canada; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Sheldon of Mexico, NY and Gail Schipper of Arizona. He was also cherished by several step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
