He is survived by: his children, Heather Austin of North Carolina, Eric Cooper (Wendy) of Washington and Adam Cooper (Fallon) of Fulton; and his siblings, Lyle Cooper of Oswego, Timothy Mercier of Palermo and Lori Baum (Dave).
