He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Irwin and Carl Irwin Sr.; his children, Allen Irwin (Leah) of Maryland and Katherine Irwin (Mark Parker) of Wisconsin; his siblings, Carl Irwin Jr. (Glenda), John Irwin (Sue), Craig Irwin (Barbara), Cheryl Irwin, Lynda Wilcox (Mark) and Sandra Chesare (Joe); and his grandchildren, Esther and Benjamin Irwin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several cousins.
