He is survived by: his children, Fred (Jeri), Russell Duby (Martha), Robert Duby (Jessica) of Georgia, James Duby (Marla) of Oregon and Brigitte Burton (Brian) of Baldwinsville, NY; and his sister Jeanette Henderson.
