He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Melfi and Caroline Melfi (Candora). He is survived by: his wife Marie Cuyler Melfi of Oswego; his children, Marie Sterphone of Oswego and George Cuyler; his granddaughter Desiree Martin (Seth); and his great grandchildren, Adia and Talfryn.
