He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. Cutro and Mary Colloca Cutro; his wife Carol Hannah; and his siblings, Richard Cutro, James Cutro, John Cutro and Patricia Cutro.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michele Griffin (William), Marie Cramer (Rory) and Maureen Jones (John); and his grandchildren, Chelsi, Emily, Beau Francis and Brandon. He is also survived by one great grandchild, sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of donations, Fran would like people to "take a friend to breakfast or lunch".
