She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lysak and Mary Lysak (Gondak); and her siblings, Helen Lupa, Sadie Cusyck, William Lysak, Walter Lysak and Katherine Nagle. She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews and several grand nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 22, at Eleven O'Clock, at Nelson Funeral Home, 11 West Albany St. Social Distancing and Masks are required.
