Frances A. Hibbert Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances A. Hibbert of Oswego, New York, who passed away on December 21, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester John and Anna DeSantis Battista. She is survived by: her children, Donna Santoro of Oswego, Nancy Reinhardt of Wisconsin, John F. Hibbert, Jr. of Oswego, David Hibbert (Becky) of Oswego, Gerald Hibbert (Sandie) of Oswego, Richard Hibbert (Beth Ann), Daniel Hibbert of Oswego and Patrick Hibbert (Heidi); and her brother Samuel Battista of Oswego. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
