With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Lea Howley of Oswego, New York, born in Garfield, New Jersey, who passed away on November 5, 2021 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Winter and Lea Kovacs Winter; her husband Francis A. Howley; her son Francis A. Howley, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Kay Howley; her siblings, Rose Salmon and Joseph Winter; and her son-in-law John Scott.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Scott (John) of Oswego; her grandchildren, Sharon Matolka (Scott), John J Scott (Kim), Caron Feeney (James), James Scott (Allison Combs), Jeffery Howley (Beth) of Inverness, Florida and Christopher Howley (Jay); her great grandchildren, James Feeney II of Las Vegas, John Patrick Feeney of Las Vegas, Elizabeth Feeney of Las Vegas, Jenna of Las Vegas, John Scott V of Las Vegas, Nicholas, Matthew, Vincent Matolka of Hudson, Ohio, Patrick Howley and Nikki Owen; and her great great grandchildren, Killian James and Elliana Gracelyn Owens.
