Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elaine Agnes Carter (Oswego, New York), who passed away at the age of 80, on January 18, 2021. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Otto and Pearl Agnes Sova (Dashnau); her husband William Francis Carter; her brother Roy Sova; her sons, William Jr., Patrick, Mark and Curtis; and her daughter-in-law Denise. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Face coverings and social distancing will be required at both services.
