He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward B. Izyk and Mazie Izyk (Foley); and his siblings, Thomas, William, Michael Izyk and Frances Cernaro.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Izyk (Gibson); his children, Jolene Mandurano (late Mike), William Izyk (Lisa), Julie Izyk (Ted Devendorf) and Mark Izyk (Abbey Hough); his grandchildren, Justin Mandurano, Sean Mandurano, Nicole Galletta, Sarah Porter, Tyler Ordway and Ash Izyk; his sister Elaine Chillson; and his close friend Dave Russell. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
