He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Watts and Grace Watts (Kandt). He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Watts (D'Ambra); his children, Andrea Antos (Collin) of Appalachia and Dakota Watts of Oswego; his stepdaughter Karyne Kuzawski (Nikki Hanselman) of Ohio; his siblings, Raymond Watts (Dorothy) of Redcreek, Carl Watts (Jo Anne) of Florida, Gerald Watts (Mirelle) of Hannibal, Dorwin Watts (Krista) of Georgia, Kevin Watts (Sue) of Florida and Sharon Thompson of Florida; and his grandchildren, Gina and Anthony Antos.
