He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Swan and Rose Sperino Swan. He is survived by: his son Joshua Swan of Oswego; his stepchildren, Keri West of Oswego and Jacob West of Delaware; and his brothers, David Swan of Oswego and Robert Swan, Jr. (Amy) of Oswego. He is also survived by several step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
