He was predeceased by: his parents, Lettie Lee (Roles) and David Issac Cox of Pineville, WV.; his brother Landon B. Cox of Cortland, NY; his wife Barbara Alice Cox (Barr); and his daughter Deborah D. Davis of Syracuse, NY.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cynthia M. Mangione (Anthony Richmond) of Rensselaer, NY, Lisa C. Lattime (Scott Mott) of Oswego, NY., Allison Lattime (Michael Cortese) of Rochester, NY, David Lattime of Rochester, NY, Jack Lattime of Fairbanks, AK, Olivia Mangione of Rensselaer, NY and Landon Mangione of Rensselaer, NY.. He is also survived by family including his nieces and nephews and being the youngest of 13.
