He was predeceased by: his mother Lois DeLapp (Hubbard); and his brother Dale DeLapp. He is survived by: his father Richard DeLapp of Oswego Town; and his siblings, Richard Delapp (Lorna) of Denver and Denise Pritchard (Edward) of Oswego Town. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
