She was predeceased by: her father Henry W. Gilbert; her husband Jay Levan, Sr.; her close friend William Richardson, Jr. of Morro Bay, CA; her sons, Warren Jay, John Gilbert and Henry Earl; her son-in-law James Arnold; her granddaughter Meadow Arnold; and her siblings, Richard, Russell, Nelson, Carolyn Kimball, Eloise Valdez, Ella Robinson, Henry Jr., Walter and Judy Coletta.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Levan, Jr. of Chickaloon, Alaska and Mary Arnold of Baldwinsville, NY; her sister Nancy Gozelski (George) of Geneseo, NY; her daughter-in-law Dellena Levan of Wasilla, Alaska; and her grandchildren, Autumn Arnold (John Kelley) of Madison, WI, Prairie Wessel (Jeffrey) of Baldwinsville, NY, Henry Levan, Jr. and Daniel Levan of Wasilla, AK. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
